Prabha has been a wonderful trauma + EMDR therapist. Working through trauma can be super dangerous if not handled delicately -- I deeply appreciate the effort, awareness, and skill Prabha brings to the table in creating a sense of safety and wrapping back to a good (well, maybe "more stable") frame of mind before releasing me back into the world. She's extremely perceptive and open minded, which is necessary for me to show up authentically, which is necessary for progress!
