$75 cancellation fee is incredibly outrageous. Go ahead a charge someone over twice the session amount because they had an emergency and had to cancel.
I would like to take a minute and recognize Jenny H the front desk associate at CL location. She is nothing but kind, professional, and supportive. She always helps me with paperwork, billing, etc. She really makes the office shine and is an absolute delight. Thank you Jenny for all your hard work and making a safe, comfortable environment for patients.
I am so happy to have found this office, and Dr. Khan especially. The staff is always patient with my questions and will give me answers right away. Dr. Khan is so calm and respectful, and listens to me, asks me questions about how I want to proceed with my own treatments. And when I called with questions just 2 weeks after my 1st appointment, the staff had gotten me a virtual appointment with my Dr. the same day within hours. I am very pleased with how Lauren handles the phone calls. She is by far the best! She is very friendly and patient. Knows exactly what she is doing and she will always go above and beyond for you.
