I am very pleased with how Lauren handles the phone calls. She is by far the best! She is very friendly and patient. Knows exactly what she is doing and she will always go above and beyond for you. I call and she answers all my questions without any hesitation. Job well done, Lauren! I’m glad you are at this office and I thank you for all your hard work and helping me out today.
As many others have stated, the scheduling service they have here is absolutely horrible. At first I was told I could see a dr within 3 weeks, so I filled out about 45 mins worth of paperwork, sent emails they requested with my insurance the day of calling them, about a week ago. I never got a call/email back , and when I did reach somebody, they told me my dr. will not be available for 6 weeks now, all while being met with a condescending/smug tone. You’re much better off looking elsewhere.
