Unfortunately I wanted to make an appointment but their front staff was ableist on the phone and this was to much of a red flag. After not understanding what the ACA is and me trying to explain, the staff member dug her heels in that 'They don't accept medicaid' (its not medicaid), instead of listening to my explanation and following my request of running my insurance.
