Crested Butte is an awesome destination and our vacation rental from PR Property was top notch. Our rental was very clean and comfortable. Our communications with the PR Staff were always friendly and they got right back to us with answers to our questions. The rental was close to town for shopping, CBMR for a fun ski lift ride (amazing views and hiking), and the mountains for hiking and a rafting trip. We will not hesitate to book a rental from PR Property Management on our next trip to Crested Butte, Colorado.
From the first time I called PR Property management about staying at one of their vacation rentals to the moment we left Crested Butte after our vacation, the staff made us feel right at home. Their amazing customer service and clean, ready to use rentals made our vacation that much more relaxing. We would be the first in line to recommend PR Properties and hope to go back to Crested Butte and stay with them again soon!
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING ANOTHER PROPERTY MANAGER TO RENT FROM OR REPRESENT YOUR PROPERTY. I suspected bed bugs during my stay. I tried contacting PR over 5 times on the phone to discuss the problem with the Owner. The Owner refuses to take my phone calls, insist that I dispute in writing, leaves me no choice but to dispute with my credit card company yet THREATENS TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH CRESTED BUTTE POLICE against me if I do so!
