Very disappointing experience! I called PR Plumbing for a service call and was shocked by the estimate that they provided: 2769 for a 50 gallon water heater (which they claimed was discounted) or 3900 for 60 gallon. As a woman trying to navigate this on my own, I trusted their quote -until my husband called Therwood Heating and was quoted 1500+ hst for a 50 gallon or for 250 more we could get an 80 gallon tank. Called and they came, fixed our toilet and gentleman was kind and very polite. We always use PR plumbing.
We had a leak with the kitchen faucet and got PR Plumbing to take care of it. During the initial call, Ryan listened to our issue and was kind to arrange for someone to come in that same day.
