Joe and Farnaz are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I've had multiple appointments with Farnaz so far and I'm seeing much better results than I did with two previous physios. Her exercises have dramatically decreased my pain and discomfort. She is bright, fast and caring. Remember though, once you walk out the door it's up to you to do the exercises!

PR Health is simply amazing and pretty much a one stop shop for me! Farnaz is super awesome physiotherapist - trying different techniques including cupping to expedite recovery. I really enjoy my time with her. Deme is one of a kind and super holistic! She is able to use massage and coach me on home exercises to help relieve my extremely tight back. Highly recommend!
