refinished about 900 SQ ft old oak that hadn't been touched in probably 30 years. came out looking almost new. they did a water base finish since I didn't want the yellow tone and it stayed nice and neutral. edges along the baseboards were done carefully, no missed spots near corners.
first contact was a quick text reply, set up an estimate for the next day. estimator was on time, walked through what we wanted, didnt try to push us on stuff we didnt need. we were comparing a few places around Crest Hill and PR was the most straightforward. been meaning to get our floors done for a while, finally found PR Hardwood after asking around in Lockport. got a quote same week and they started fast. floors look great, easy process overall
needed our stairs refinished and got a quote pretty quick. They fit us into the schedule within about a week and the work itself only took a couple days. stairs look solid now, happy we did it
