Fantastic new space! New equipment, great views of the resaca and even ducks to keep you company. Omar is a highly motivating, intelligent trainer who individuals each session to our needs. Plus bad jokes thrown in. A friendly, encouraging place to get strong and fit.
By far the best gym in town. The knowledge and customer service is outstanding. Workouts are tailored to your needs and abilities. And they make you feel like family.
