I booked an appointment and drove almost two hours round trip to this salon. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have enough time to do my hair. The stylist explained that they usually require a consultation first, but this was never communicated to me before booking. If that is their policy, customers should be informed ahead of time so they can plan accordingly. Wanted to get a cut during the recent holiday week. Said I would use any hairstylist. Usually a lovely time at PR. This time my stylist was 15 minutes late. She cut my hair quickly but it was a great cut. Then she gave me to a guy who was washing hair to dry my hair. I would have liked some notice of two people taking care of me since that has never happened there before. My old hair stylist changed careers so I needed to find a new one. Found Olivia and booked her. It was the most awkward haircut ever... Olivia asked me what I wanted and I told her.
