Haven is such a great stylist . I love my new look , she listened to what I wanted and I will be back to see her again
I booked an appointment and drove almost two hours round trip to this salon. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have enough time to do my hair. The stylist explained that they usually require a consultation first, but this was never communicated to me before booking. If that is their policy, customers should be informed ahead of time so they can plan accordingly.
