Can not get Don from PQA to return calls , not run like a professional business .
I was referred to this agency by Partners Behavioral Health in December, 2024. It is now February, 2025 and I haven’t gotten any phone call from a case manager for my autistic/adhd son. This is deplorable at best. The government is paying this agency for NOTHING… A pack of wolves would have more mercy than this agency on helping my child. I just called the NC governor ombudsman office to report them today…

This "Agency" knows Absolutely Nothing about Quality Customer service! I contacted this location to get information about the newly assigned Care Manager for my Special Needs Adult son & was 'greeted' by the Most nasty & rudest receptionist I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. It's quite obvious that these people are only in this industry for money & not because they care about the families they're supposed to be serving.
Been going here forever. Highly recommend.
