I don't appreciate getting scammed. I arrived at 1PM for my 1:10 appointment at 1245 Wilshire blvd. I thought I had found street parking but someone told me that it was almost street cleaning time, so I tried to enter the parking lot across the street - but they had their entrance blocked. I remembered seeing another entrance around the corner so I went there - turned out there was no place to get a ticket.
