Had a violent murder committed at their property and refuse to change the main lock for residents’ peace of mind. Purposely trying to avoid a paper trail on this issue. Why would you not change the locks for the safety of your residents?
0/10 do not recommend living in any of their properties. Customer service sucks, you pay rent and don’t even have the bare minimum here. I am currently one of about 40 according to the office without air and it’s not considered an emergency and it’s over 100 degrees outside and it’s a heat advisory. I’ve been without air for over 24 hours and was told it would be taking care of today now It’s a possibility it will get taken care of tomorrow. Straight bs.
