By far the worst property management company in the world for the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in for 8 years. Westland Capri and the racist landlord Celine evicted me for reporting a crime and for racial discrimination. I am currently in the process of disputing my retaliatory “damage charges” but will most definitely update this review with A TON of evidence and details when a resolution is met or we go to court as I do not want to hurt my case. Had a violent murder committed at their property and refuse to change the main lock for residents’ peace of mind. Purposely trying to avoid a paper trail on this issue. Why would you not change the locks for the safety of your residents?
