unresponsive slumlords, avoid renting at all costs
PPM Homes has terrible customer service. We were without hot water for a week over the winter. They’re refusing to return my deposit after they mailed it to my old address (the address the deposit was for) and the supervisor hung up on me. Would not recommend them as a landlord. They’re going to have something snarky to say in response here, but I think that’s just proof of the bad customer service.
