Progressive manages the common areas for my building. On July 7th a broken sprinkler started flooding my apartment. Since I rent through Mainstreet I contacted them and they informed me they had contacted progressive maintenance, and progressive would come fix the sprinkler. They did not. A company where the main thing is to rent, and residential conditions are not their task.
