Is worse utility company. They will charge you 1/3 of your bill for delivery charge . How ridiculous is this. basically, they’re ripping you off and you have no other choices and they know it. Rate them -5
Expert service
Worst utility company of all time. Service was scheduled to start four days ago and they keep saying that they’re gonna start it but they won’t. Been begging them to come out and start it or we start remotely and they keep saying it’s scheduled to start and then it’s pending. It’s been 4 days . I have medical equipment and it’s subzero temperatures outside right now and they will not start the service despite me having to live here. They can’t even tell me why the service isn’t started , they just keep telling me it will be ... read more
Came out to do a repair at 7:30 Christmas morning. Very friendly crew and work well done. Have electric back 1 hour after calling. Merry Christmas
I wish I could give them a zero. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. My bill is skyrocketing and I’m unable to get answers as to why. This is the worst company ever!
