If I could negative stars I would. PPL just sucks overall! Plus I just took a survey to get entered in a drawing. I gave my survey all negative remarks because it's deserved and then they had the audacity to say i didn't qualify how convenient.....This company stinks !!!!!!!!!
The absolute worst company ever storms took out my power they are saying Wednesday til power comes on. Such a freaking disgusting disgrace my neighbors half a mile up the road have power if I could give 0 stars I would
Is worse utility company. They will charge you 1/3 of your bill for delivery charge . How ridiculous is this. basically, they’re ripping you off and you have no other choices and they know it. Rate them -5
