The website is not well maintained, and there is no place to submit feedback or trouble. In order to access my account, I have to "sign out" to access the login page. Account Summary page does not reflect up to date information from Bills and Payments, and a recent call to the billing department confirmed that Bills and Payments page will show payments as completed even before they clear on PP&Ls side.
Someone crashed into the power pole November 2023--tore out the wiring to my house. PPL put up a temporary fix. 13 months (and several calls) later and it still hasn't been fixed. Chunks are falling out now. 🤷♂️
For the most part great I never have any electrical outages period on track as a total lifesaver I really don't know what I would do without it. The app works really well for the most part great job PPL thank you and have a nice day
