PPL is the worst company to deal with in my area (Harrisburg). Setting up new electric service should not be impossible. I was helping a family set up electric service, and first they couldn't find the address although PPL service is at this home. We were able to get the meter # and then they could identify service. next we were required to fax, yes fax - totally obsolete, ID to PPL. We had to go to a Staples and pay to fax ID for electric, which we did. But then nothing. No notification of receipt, unable to confirm it was ... read more
