Very poor customer service it's a ridiculous that you can't get ahold of anybody over the weekend
I think customer service agents are trained to be aggravating and provide zero resolutions. They said they would let me know if my information was received and I asked how, they said- well we won’t. So that makes sense. They actually suggested that to find out if my ID was received I should wait and see if my power shuts off.
