This place has very poor management. I had an appointment at 11:00 AM and arrived at 10:30 AM, but they did not assign me a dock door. Instead, they told me to wait because the truck with the 10:00 AM appointment had not arrived yet. They said they were going to wait for that truck to show up, unload it first, and only then give me a dock door. This makes no sense. If a scheduled truck doesn't arrive on time, the next truck that is already there should be served instead of being forced to wait. This was a frustrating experie... read more
Amazing Receiver Early Check in Early Unload Overnight Parking
This facility was amazing - fast and professional. The Broker never even bothered to set an appt after I tried several times to ask. PPG accepted me because there was paperwork. There is overnight prkg - Don't abuse it!
Appointment was at 1800 still not in a dock and it’s 20:00..To hell with this place,Never again..
