I was fortunate enough to participate in a study that began with a 3 night stay. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. The food was healthy, simple, and sufficient. I suggest you bring your own combs and or brushes, razors etc. everything else was supplied as needed. Also if you can bring a phone or tablet for entertainment as the days can be long and boring with few opportunities of distraction.
To whom it may concern: I am beyond frustrated with the repeated lack of professionalism and organization at TrialMed. I was originally scheduled to screen for a study today (5/1), a date that was set two weeks ago on 4/17. Despite having ample time to prepare, my file was placed on hold because their internal system incorrectly showed me as "active" in a previous study—one that concluded back in December. It’s harder to get in this than getting in than a celebrity hosted party not to mention how far it is just to hear oh we are full and u didn’t make the cut.
Don’t waste your time with this place! Specifically with the birth control patch study—they’ll scam you! Big waste of time! Not to mention the person Gaby that I dealt with often spoke in a condescending tone much like I’m 2 not 42. I hated talking to her. I felt like I should get paid extra for dealing with such a person. Then she lies so much, their app is faulty and what should take 2-5 mins out of your day will take much longer because it’ll go into a download loop until further notice.
