The facility is bad but the staff is horrible. I've done a few studies with them and each time there's an issue with pay especially on the OPV. It takes more than 72hrs to get paid. That is ridiculous especially for anyone coming from out of state. PPD/TrialMed you gotta do better. Staff even lied to my face about referral bonus...It's been over two weeks and the folks that referred myself and others still haven't got paid...PPD/TrialMed you gotta do better. Very unprofessional need to change staff completely from the highest up asap.

Their coordinators are the most irresponsible people on planet Earth. Especially Alexis and Travis. I received a call that "you are enrolled in the study, the date of your check-in is so-and-so", I flew in at the right date and found that I (and 3 other people) were simply ignored. The coordinators literally looked at us and left. It turned out that they "tried to call, but we were not available". Three people are not available? And their voicemail doesn't work?
