This place is terrible at communicating with subjects. The recruiters are often overworked and i almost never see the same ones there, tons of turnover I think. Also they mentioned a medical problem over a month ago and said the study doctor would call me about it, i just now got a form in the mail, that i need to sign and return for a release of my info to me, this very complicated, they could have just called me and explained it in two minutes, i guess im just a number to this corporation. often times going here i would ne... read more
Took a big part of my day to go to and sit through an initial screening for a study. Staff were friendly and professional (hence why this is 2 stars, and not 1). What wasn't professional was telling me that I would be compensated x amount for at least completing the screening and (here's the kicker) doing an eye exam. They told me I'd get a callback for the eye exam very soon. Absolutely no response, despite leaving multiple messages. Nobody ever answered the phone.
