I called this management company to inquire about a couple properties listed with them for rent. When I called at first they seemed to be ok. They then started started to ask all these questions about my income over the phone. I told them my situation as that I am a full time student and receive government benefits due to my GI bill and also have income coming in from my business.... before I even finished telling them my entire benefit package they told me I do not qualify for the home and became very rude. Im not sure that rms is just complaing, I havent worked with ppa property management yet because Ive been calling for days and leaving messages about a property I was interested in and no one will call me back... hmmm
PPA property managment is by far the best in the bay area. My wife and I have been renting from PPA for 1.5 years now and we are very happy with the service PPA has provided us. Don and Kathy are doing an amazing job and we cant thank them enough. Awesome job.Dan
One of the worst property management companies, will never ever use them. They will charge for showing the property to the prospects in addition to collecting the contract amount. They do not do the work that a Property Manager is supposed to do...never answers phone messages on the weekends, off times or holidays. why the hell would one use them??Very Very unprofessional in my opinion, I would not do business with this company, it is a ham.
I have been renting property through this company for about 2 years now. Anytime I have had to deal with someone from the office they have been very professional and courteous. Everytime I have had to call them they answer or return my call promptly. One time I had my key stuck in the door and was locked out and the manager responded within minutes to assist me. If you are a good tenant, they show appreciation in that.
