Not like it used to be any more ... been living here almost 5 years .... first 2 year it was pretty clean no problem at all but now it's dirty you can find dog waste anywhere in the hallways, jose do hes best to keep this place up to date but it's to much work for only 1 person ... now we have to take the garbage out on their schedule wich keep the apartments and the hallways with a bad smell because everyone put their garbage out of their door at the same time so a valet can pick it up while it seats for hours before its pi... read more
I love my space. It’s a decent size loft, high ceilings, plenty of natural light. They take your trash for you just about every night except one. And the maintenance guy (Jose) is very helpful and prompt. Each time I mention needing something to better my living experience, Caren is there and ready to take on whatever it is you throw at her. 5 stars. I’ll circle back for a follow up in a few months. 😉
