Exceptionally disappointed from a “move-out deep clean” that took place today. This is not a review of the cleaner but of the owner/management. I would have never guessed in a million years that a cleaning business would send 1 cleaner to a 4,200 SF house for a deep clean and expect it to be done correctly in half a day. I was very disappointed with this particular job. We had new windows put in and our contractor asked if we could have someone come out and deep clean to remove all the dust on everything, they were going to reimburse for this work. When setting up appointment main objective dust from top to bottom as dust was everywhere. There was one specific note not to wash and remove stickers for windows because they are needed for final inspection by county. The Floors were 8.5 out of 10 they were washed and clean.
