I originally met Joshua 6-7 years ago and we had kept in contact through social media. Saw a posting about the solar screens that he installs on the outside of your home to help heat from transferring into the home. Communication, being on time, wearing booties when entering inside, fair pricing the list of positives are almost endless. I highly recommend positive enterprise and would hire them again.
Absolutely one of the best companies I've ever worked with! Josh is a sweetheart! We had a very bad experience with another window cleaning and screen repair company. When I say bad, I mean they took our money and never returned our screens. Josh replaced all of the stolen screens and didn't bill us for the amount of money the other guy stole! If that doesn't say everything about his character, I don't know what would. Stand up guy, stand up company and they actually brought our screens back and put them on the windows...lol... read more
I wish I had know about this company years ago - I had a retractable screen that was awful - I company that installed it would not take ownership for some of the issues - the screen constaintly got stuck in the tracks - Long story - so I found Pozitive Enterprises and I am positively pleased - I have a french door and the screens swing out with no effort at all - plus the 5 yr warranty - is a plus - Joshua is very honest and a pleasent person!
