I cannot say enough about the quality and freshness of the flowers, and the elegance of the arrangements. I have ordered flowers from here several times before but was unable to do so for Mother’s Day this year. After a disappointing experience elsewhere, I ordered a fresh bouquet as replacement through Poze and we were completely blown away. Gorgeous arrangement. Highly recommend.
I've received two arrangments from this florist as gifts delivered to my home, and both were absolutely beautiful. After missing the delivery deadline at numerous florists for Mother's Day delivery this year, I stopped in to the store on Saturday to see if I could buy something to take to my mother-in-law the next day. Atrocious customer service. I understand that it is mother's Day weekend and it must be a very stressful time for staff working in florist shops but the customer service I received was inexcusable. I entered the store and was not met with a friendly greeting but an exasperated look from the staff member working there. She informed me in an incredibly condescending tone that there was nothing she could provide for me and that I should have ordered in advance. I went in this morning (Mother’s Day and surely one of their busiest) and got the most gorgeous peonies. Of course they are on the higher end of the price range as they are not field grown yet, but worth every gorgeous bud! The service was kind, informative, and extremely friendly. Make sure to pre-order if you have something special in mind! They do GORGEOUS bouquets, and offer many local gifts and treats.
Price gouging at the finest. $80 for 10 stems of peonies without any additions. Predatory pricing on Mothers Day. Also, in response to your other review (Ilana, Mothers Day 2026). You are, in fact, a convenience store. You sell flowers, laundry detergent and brand name chocolate bars (amongst other "Home" items). Might as well start selling gas and open a few pumps!
