Pathetic excuse for a company. Disgraceful customer service and a complete lack of respect for a customer and their own pride of the company’s brand and reputation. Had a project where 30 Company brand heat pump units were purchased multiple failures and replacements have taken place over the past 4 years. Bring this matter to the company’s / their attention and their warranty support “Remi” fails to even respond to 5 repeated requests for follow-up.
