I just want to clarify that it was my Orthopedic doctor that recommended me to come to you after recent x rays. Dr. Ong meant well but does not know my current or past conditions. I should have been given your personal attention to make a correct judgement. I do Yoga and fast-moving exercises every day just cannot keep legs straight and hip hurts. I called her office at about 8:30 on a Friday morning because I had fallen and I was hoping she could help relieve some residual pain in my hip. The person who answered the phone was very cordial. She said that she might even be able to get me in to see the doctor that very day and if not then, I for sure could have a 9:45 appt. on Monday. She would call me back to confirm. I had to call her back at 3:30 and she said the earliest the doc could see me was 2 weeks later!? What happened?
