The Outlaw team was fined tuned, professional, and wasted no time in replacing the roof on our house. Riley and Jordan were courteous, honest, and I felt very comfortable working with them. The finished job looks fantastic. My wife and I give them high marks, and thanks.
First time having a roof redone on our house. Outlaw was wonderful to do business with. I called quite a few companies for quotes and they returned my call very quickly. Did a great job and appreciate how easy the process went.
My experience with Outlaw Roofing has been terrible. To start with, they gave me a quote that was incorrect. They said that there was a mistake and my quote was actually only the materials cost. They said that they would refund my deposit. They have given me two bad checks, each for over $4700 and I still haven't gotten my money back. I called them yesterday requesting a call back from Jordan. I haven't heard from him.
We got an estimate on a new roof that came in at just under $10,000. We put 50% down as they requested. Around a week or so later, we got a call saying they had failed to include the labor in the estimate and the job was really $22,000. In addition, they were supposed to refund my down payment back to my card. I had to call because they have been slow in refunding me.
