I've never dealt with this company but i think they are well positioned in 3/2023 and my guess is that the negative, generic comments are from competitors. They're not selling clothes or hamburgers, they're offering equipment for utilities and infrastructure. An electrical engineer might be the best person to be approaching and working with their engineers.

I've never dealt with this company and though i think they are well positioned in 3/2023, these star ratings and comments are unvetted, and highly suspect, especially the negative, generic ones!
Their head of marketing is a major karen... I've never met someone who treats others so poorly.
