Always great customer service. I have been ordering for years. My last order arrived in record time! The only thing that I thought could be improved, in the past, was shipping. But now, it appears they have stepped up their game. I will continue to use and highly recommend this great company!
Very poor customer service. I ordered something last Wednesday. It's still sitting at the company. Nobody seems to be in the slightest hurry to lift a finger to do much of anything to expedite my order. Everyone's out for a slow Sunday afternoon stroll through the country, no hurries, not the slightest care in the world. Maybe one day, someone will meander into my order by accident and think about sending it.
Amazing customer service. I forgot to add something to my order and Amber made sure it was thrown in last minute so I wouldn't get hit with another shipping charge! I have ordered from them multiple times in the last couple months and have never been let down!
