Kenyan?? I think is his name lol. He solved my problem. Finally! I was having issues w my cts2 cutting out and always being slow. He was nice enough to send me out a new cord and fixed my issues. fires right up and is very responsive. Ask for him, or try.
I had to send in my CTS-2 to get the LCD replaced I sent it on Saturday and I got it back by Wednesday that following week it literally took them less than 4 days from me sending it to receiving it back which i really appreciate. They did a great job I highly recommend if you need to get your edge products or any product that they offer to get repaired they do great work. thank you
Ordered a programmer it never arrived and it was sent back them .. time and money wasted ! No joy in that experience ..
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SALES SUPPORT ... For the past three days all Sales and Tech support numbers for APR, DiableSport, Dinan, Edge and Superchipshave products default to a pre-recorded message that their offices are now closed ... Doesn't matter when you all, you receive the same message. Buyer beware - Don't expect any support for APR, DiableSport, Dinan, Edge and Superchipshave products ... Save your money
