Very unreliable and rude, speaks to you with contempt. Made me wait for weeks for estimate to start work, he accepts the job then backs out, do not want to honor what he wrote on contract, wasting weeks of our time on our project.
Brandon and co. are the only contractors I've ever worked with who got an estimate in before they said they would, finished the job before the said they would AND had the best estimate. They are friggin unicorns I swear.
