Joined a month ago after going to a free session with a friend. This place is beyond motivating! I look forward to every workout. I’ve always struggled to get motivated for the gym- haven’t worked out in years, after raising 3 kids. After a month, I’m already feeling so much stronger and my arms are toned! Can’t wait to continue and see more results!

PowerStrength has gotten me back on track to a healthier lifestyle. I love the discipline and encouragement to push myself further. All the coaches have a unique coaching style that work together for the same result to help me reach my goals. They can’t turn back the hands of time, but they sure help to slow it down!! I strongly recommend PowerStrength for those looking to attain strength and better health!
Power Strength Training System is a wonderful gym of which to be a part. The members are very friendly to each other, whether one is a regular, longtime member or someone who is just starting their fitness journey. The coaches are excellent at challenging people to reach their full potential and modifying each workout to match each member’s exact needs and physical abilities. I have been a member of several gyms, but PSTS is the gym where I have seen the best results. I can’t imagine not being part of this community.
