I started Powerstrength in November 2023 and the progress I’ve seen is unbelievable. Not only have I seen my strength skyrocket but my performance as an athlete has improved drastically. Before I was an average athlete and now I’m one of the best on the field. The coaches are inspiring and push me to do my best. Powerstrength has made me love the gym. I love working out with my friends and making new ones at powerstrength.
I LOVE this place! The atmosphere is amazing and very friendly. Even after only three months I have seen big leaps that have helped me excel at my sport. I have never second guessed going here, once you know everyone you feel like you fit right in! This place is great athletes who want to excel at the next level!!
I absolutely LOVE Powerstrength!! When I joined, I had never lifted before and only planned to go for a couple of months - now I'm coming up on a year. The coaches are incredible, knowledgeable, and supportive, plus the community is super welcoming and motivating. I've learned so much, gained confidence, and look forward to every session. Highly recommend to anyone, whether you're brand new to strength training or a seasoned athlete.
