I absolutely LOVE Powerstrength!! When I joined, I had never lifted before and only planned to go for a couple of months - now I'm coming up on a year. The coaches are incredible, knowledgeable, and supportive, plus the community is super welcoming and motivating. I've learned so much, gained confidence, and look forward to every session. Highly recommend to anyone, whether you're brand new to strength training or a seasoned athlete.
PSTS coaches and members are part of my family. We have fun while working hard to get stronger under the watchful eye of the coaches who are skilled and an inspiration. Do you have a shoulder or hip that gives you issues, no problem, the coaches will modify your workout. It’s a great community for all levels and you will be welcomed and encouraged by all.
The coaches and community here are so awesome. I’ve been doing the Thrive sessions for almost two years, and feel better now at age 50 than I did a decade ago. The coaches meet you where you are, modify exercises as needed, and are constantly encouraging and motivating you. I was so nervous to start, but am so grateful I did!
