Money grabbing scumbags, want written plans to change plants and sent notices and gave fines about brown grass during water restrictions. Absolutely dishonest trash that doesn’t even maintain general areas well but expect the houses to be better kept. Will never have anything good to say and will bring them up any time someone mentions HOA’s
They changed the HOA fee’s without notification and then after a year started sending delinquency notices and added fines. Nothing good to say, bunch of overweight incompetent females that don’t know how to do their job in the office
This place is an absolute joke. Their online portal is pathetic and you can’t recover your account. You email them they will never respond.
