Megan specifically has made our lives really difficult. She refuses to be helpful and expedite communication between the hoa board and us. We have had a leak for several weeks and she has continually dropped the ball. She has no idea what’s going on in our community. She can’t even schedule things properly to open up the water heater. She is very disrespectful and rude. Starting her emails with only your first name, just to make sure she’s notifying you she will not help you and she’s not on your side. Karen Reed Marquez has been consistently unprofessional, often taking an unreasonably long time to respond when assistance is needed. She has also handled our concerns unfairly and dismissively. This is by far the most disappointing property management company I’ve encountered. They routinely ignore homeowners’ input, misuse HOA funds on unnecessary expenses, and have increased HOA fees without providing clear justification.
I've worked with Francine and several other teammates at Powerstone Property Management over the years as a vendor for structural engineering and architectural services. Francine has always been wonderful to work with. She is very organized, friendly, and communicates effectively between the tenants and I. I would recommend Powerstone both as a vendor and a tenant of their properties. They take good care of those they serve.
