I’ve had an increasingly frustrating experience with Powerstone Property Management. When I initially thought Beth was difficult to work with due to her lack of response, I was told her hands were tied and she couldn’t do much. I've lived and conducted business in Aliso Viejo for over 35 years and I have bought and lived in several properties all throughout the southland and I cannot begin to express my utmost dismay for the utter lack of courtesy, attentiveness, response time, and care this organization has exhibited. Living in a community ran by them is the equivalent of living in a prison you pay to live in. No toys in the pool, can't have anywhere to park your car when you have visitors, can't have halloween directions, can't let your child use a powerwheel. Literally would avoid any place ran by them by all means.
