We called Powersource Electric based on their reviews. We needed some outlets installed, and two fixtures changed out. 3 outlets needed to be fished through from the basement and added. They called and asked what the job was so they could bring the appropriate equipment and supplies and gave us an hourly quote and we agreed. They showed up on time. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Lost power to all of my dining room and part of living room - Light and several electrical outlet plugs were not working (resetting breaker couldn’t solve the issue). O’Neil was quick to find the problem and repaired it/ restore power in no time. From my initial call with a very kind woman over the phone who sent someone right away to the efficient and professional repair; couldn’t have asked for a better service all around. Oniel was the electrician who came to fix an issue at my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with his work. He arrived right on time, professional, and treated my home with respect. He clearly explained what the issue was, walked me through how he was going to fix it, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Ricardo and Ryan were fantastic. Professional, pleasant, and glad to solve a problem. I was happy to have the opportunity to call Powersource back for another job at our house, this time to install a light fixture and hardwire a major appliance in the garage. The whole Powersource team is great - thanks to Terrian and Oneil for their great service and professionalism. POWERSOURCE ELECTRIC provided truly exceptional service (residential). Starting from my phone contact, I got an appointment first thing the next day. The technician (Trevor) arrived promptly & started his analysis. It turned out to be a very difficult issue - but he methodically worked through the problem. He was polite and professional throughout. He even stayed to help with another small issue - a great relief. I cannot recommended this company highly enough. First rate!!
