I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful care my dog received at PVH. Dr. Betsy and staff are true professionals The facility is truly unique compared to any other veterinary practice I have visited. I use Pet Assure insurance and this veterinarian is one of only 2 in my area that accepts it so we started going here immediately after getting our new puppy. (My wife had previously gone here w her cats with no issue). December of 2022 the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Powers, Michelle, and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive to your pet care needs. Dr. Powers doesn't talk over you like a lot of Veterinarians do and takes the time to explain everything on your level of understanding, which is greatly appreciated.
