July 8 discovered a leak and they were great at the beginning. However, their repair did not fix the leak. They came back out and that repair did not work either. I have sent multiple emails and a voice mail messsge and have not received any reply. It is now August 3 and the leak is still not fixed and we feel like we have been ghosted. Very disappointing. We had roof damage from Helene. I contacted 7 roofing companies and Will Powers was the only one to return my call. So glad he did. He and Ryan were here on time every time, returned calls promptly and the roof repair crew was amazing. Job was done quickly. Highly recommend.

Had a couple shingles needing hammered back down and Garland shifted his schedule around to accommodate. He was fast, professional, and extremely pleasant. Says a lot about him and the business as well. They set the standard for how businesses should run. Should definitely be the first folks to call for roof issues.
