Stole $500 from my grandmas account for only 2 cups left in the pool house. Absolutely absurd and ridiculous! Have janitors that don’t complain about the smallest things. Ridiculous! The place is run like a dictatorship and. Raised hoa like crazy. Place is not worth it! They let single parents with kids run around every single morning at 6:00 and sometimes in the middle of the night for over a year but we get punished over the smallest things. The best apartments in the SW metro. Peri Jo is a gem of a human and is the best manager we have ever had. The landscaping is lovely, pool + hot tub is so relaxing, and the units themselves are very modern and updated. We greatly enjoyed the almost two years we spent here. Highly recommend to anybody looking in the area.

This place is amazing! The entire complex was recently updated (new paint, furniture in common rooms) Even though it is newer - 2001 built. Best amenities in Twin Cities in my option! Year round pool! (and kiddie pool and hot tub), 2 party rooms, outdoor grilling areas, playground, updated gyms x2. The location is also great - next to Lake Susan and Lake Ann.
