Don't know what's wrong with these other reviews! These guys are fabulous!!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The trouble I had was with Samsung letting them know that I needed them to be dispatched to fix my refrigerator. The scheduler was also very courteous and respectful. A+++
This company has the worst customer service we have ever experienced! The woman who does scheduling is extremely rude and very unhelpful. They called to tell us when they would be here to repair our fridge. They never asked if it would work with our schedule, yet the appointment was in the middle of a work week between the times of 11am and 4pm!!! This place deserves a negative number of stars ! Rude, Unprofessional, and on and on and on.. These folks are part of the reason that America is in so much trouble today.. GE is a major company and they depend on folks like this for Warranty issues ! Really GE y'all suck too !.. This is pathetic .. What is up with people today.. The only reason why I rate Powers Repair one star is because the system does not allow me to rate it NEGATIVE 5 stars! Powers Repair provided the most awful customer service I have ever experienced. The technicians have very poor knowledge of what they are doing. Their service is not professional at all. Additionally they are very rude, they are not at all willing to answer customers' question (I believe that it because they are not able to answer questions professionally.) I would never recommend this vendor to anybody.
will not do business with again... not only did it take them 1 month to repair my oven due to an incorrect diagnosis on their part, their customer service was absolutely horrible. they did not provide status updates and seemed quite put-off if you have the 'audacity' to contact them for time estimates for the repair.
