Met TJ last year looking for rentals in area...we are from Michigan and love CA and have two sons here. He was very responsive to every inquiry and every call... after the fires we need a place and he assisted with securing the lease quickly as we had a pending surgery... we liked working with him and would recommend him to others searching for housing/ rentals.

We highly recommend Powers Realty for anyone looking to buy or sell in the South Bay. Our home needed a transformation requiring repairs as well as aesthetic changes such as interior & exterior paint color and professional staging to maximize space. TJ provided great advice and recommendations that were necessary. TJ was patient and knowledgeable while guiding us through each phase of the selling process. TJ, his contractor and stager are friendly, professional and reliable. Our home sold in a week and closed early.
