Thomas, Randall, and the team are top-notch! They did a fantastic job installing heat pumps for us in our new home in Colorado Springs. They were quick to respond and accommodated us on short notice. We have since relied on them to fix other problems, including a damaged heating pipe that we found while renovating a bathroom. We required assistance promptly, and they were there the very next day. Our experience with Powers LLC was excellent! Julian, the manager, was fantastic and had us back up and running in no time. He installed our new smart thermostat swiftly and arrived on the same day we called. The service reception at Powers LLC was so friendly, too. In our second encounter, Malachi, one of their technicians, came out and replaced a wire to get our AC back on at 8:30 pm! Their after-hours service in Colorado Springs is top-notch!
