Terrible at communicating. They reset the meeting to discuss leasing twice, then didn't use the application info I filled out online, making me fill out a paper application asking for the most random and pointless things (Why do you need to know if I have an attorney and if so who it is? Or who my primary care provider is?) . It is now 4 days later and after both myself and my roommate spamming them he finally got a text message saying "not today. Other manager not here. Just not what I was looking for.
Don't know how they are cause they never answered their phone
Perhaps if you are a stellar individual then this would be your place but when I inquired about helping my sister ( college grad, single mom, hard working) who is on section 8 because she just needs a little help. I was dismissed quickly and then ignored when I texted and asked additional questions. If you're on section 8 I think you are a nuisance to these people so be careful dealing with them.
