REALLY!!!!! We were left out in the cold on the coldest days, your Technician dismantled our furnace on 11/14/2016 said that he had to check on parts. Mind you we had heat before he came to look at our furnace but when he left we didn't. Hey guess what we still don't, he never called us back. Yea so if you call these guys you will get left out in the cold!!!! The owner was pleasant either he just didn't care. Can't say enough about the great family and folks over at Powers Heating and Air. This past week they installed a new furnace in our 1800 square foot home. Thank you, Ryan, for taking the time to consider our particular needs and explaining things clearly. And thanks to Richard and Chris for taking the time to make sure everything was done right, including all the clean up! Powers delivered what we contracted for in a timely and professional manner. We couldn't be happier with the service!
