Poor customer service, and communication. Don’t recommend.
When an automatic gate gets struck by lightening who do you call?? Jennifer was able to get us scheduled as quick as possible and made a stressful situation much easier. Chris came out to fix the gate and had to troubleshoot some unforeseen issues. With his patience and determination he was able to get everything fixed. Very thankful for the Gates team!

I have used Power Gates several times to rehabilitate my aging power gate. Each time Chris was my guy. He was awesome. Professional courteous and thorough. He fixed the problem each time and even gave suggestions Onan improvement. Timely service and on time. I would not use anyone else.
