The sales people are incompetent and offer false information.While we were out of state they installed Tuftex Pet Friendly carpet throughout our house and in one of the bedrooms used two different lots which did not match.When we saw the carpet it was already stained and could not be cleaned even by a professional. Water stains it which is amazing since is supposed to be "pet proof". My dog has barely walked on it because it is so delicate we keep all the bedroom doors closed.
