Bill Powers was great but he’s retiring and Jamie Kerr is beyond incompetent, we hired him in a well know high-conflict case. To say his representation was a failure would be the greatest understatement of the century. He delayed prosecution and failed to prosecute requests for temporary orders, despite repeated demands by me to do so. He failed to timely file production requests and interrogatories.
