I worked with Nate when purchasing a new Hustler Fastrak. Although their computer system had technical issues, Nate's communication skills made all the difference. He even delivered the mower free of charge due to technical issues out of his control. Thanks to Nate and Powerpro Equipment staff for the great service and support.

Be aware that the service manager Jeremy High does want to do your warranty repairs (or anything for anyone that isn’t a commercial customer). The paperwork is “too hard” and “doesn’t pay well”. So they try to charge customers for repairs that are warrantable repairs. This case is especially true if you bought a brand they sell not from them.
