Absolutely absurd "policy". And im not one to leave reviews. Called for assistance looking up a part number. They found it, but refused to provide me with the part number. Only their price. Was told they are not allowed to give out part numbers if they can get the part themselves. What a joke
My stihl fs85 finally bit the dust after 16 plus years of service. Stopped by PP and picked up a new fs91. Thank you Steven for your help and recommendation.
My elderly father took his push mower here to get it fixed & they looked at it and told him it would be $150 to fix. Then when he went to pick it up the bill was $276. That’s an egregious difference. Totally unacceptable…
