Low quality starters, I have bought 3 starters from them and they don't last a year called and talked to the warranty department and he said I would have to pay for shipping in both direction. And that's all they would offer. Save your money and buy a Tilton
Received a defective starter, called in and asked for help, but Ed from the tech department, who is apparently the only guy working for the company, was NOT helpful at all. He had an attitude from the beginning, was NOT understanding of my situation and the only “solutions” he gave me required me to spend more money. Ed was quick to talk over me and raise his voice and was very rude. So if you need help DO NOT speak to Ed you will be wasting your time. Somebody please give Ed some customer service training he needs it!
