PowerMaster Electric has provided us with excellent service on our generator. The technicians, Chris and Asber, were thorough and explained everything to us. Hal came through before a severe ice storm by scheduling Asber to come to our home to install a part necessary to keep our generator running. Valerie in the office is so friendly and patient always following up to make sure our generator is running properly. Highly recommend!

We had a routine annual maintenance visit scheduled and the technician (Abser) identified a failed circuit board controller. He didn't have one on his truck but had to come back the next day (which was with a winter storm barreling down on the area). After a long day on calls out of the area he came by well after dark to replace the board right before the storm arrived. I called PowerMaster Electric for some work I needed and Wow! They really came through. Valerie was so helpful in scheduling the appointment and making the whole process easy. Chris and Asber showed up exactly the time we planned and were very knowledgeable and experienced. They finished the job and explained to me in detail all the work they completed. They also left everything neat and in order. What a great experience!

I contacted PowerMaster about installing a whole home Generac 22kW generator. After sending some requested photos they gave me a competitive quote. I was told they could complete the installation within a month. First they delivered and placed the unit. Everything looked great. Once they called Duke Energy for the power drop we found out it would be a little longer than a month. So it took 6 weeks instead of 4. Hardly anything to worry about! We wanted to secure a whole house generator. We wanted to stay local with our purchase and installation. Although we got bids from several companies, it was Power Master that we felt the most comfortable using. From start to finish, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
