Back after Covid closure A friend and I had been coming to PowerLady for several months before gyms were asked to close re: covid. Becky has been our personal trainer, working with us two days a week. My friend and I are older ladies but the two of us made the decision to return to the gym as soon as it reopened re: covid. Such a great feeling of professionalism, support and community. The classes are fun and we feel like one big family.
I LOVE this gym. It is a very supportive environment, perfect.
This is the best fitness center I’ve ever found. Great people and great equipment with lots of classes for different levels. And there’s even child care services available for new moms while they get back into shape.
Awesome yoga classes and the staff are so nice and helpful. Highly recommended!
