Bad food, slow to no service. Baked mac n cheese had no flavor and was dry.
Based on reviews we read, we hadn't planned on ordering food. We decided to give it a shot after checking out the menu. I had the fish tacos and my husband ordered the fish and chips. The fish tacos were incredibly fresh and delicious- nothing to complain about. My husband said the fish was really good- firm and flaky. He thought the fries were incredible. The beer selection was good and our service was great. I'm glad we ignored previous reviews.
After 17 years, it's still as good as I remember.
Food was decent, waitress was nice but not very attentive. Wasn't very busy, but we just weren't that thrilled. Might give it another chance before deciding.
Raspberry beer is absolutely delicious! The only thing worth eating is the Fire Pasta.
Food is delicious! The decore is awesome! The staff is friendly and attentive. Been there a couple times.
Very unprofessional. A few girls sitting across the restaurant kept going in and out of the kitchen flirting with the kitchen staff in the kitchen. Everytime we wanted something like to order a drink, food, refills... We were able to spot our waitress at that table eating and Hanging out with that group that was hanging out in the kitchen. I guess we should've left the moment we saw the customers hanging out I the kitchen. Food was gross!
The menu has changed in the last year and it isn't near as good as it once was. Food arrived barely warm. The fish and chips looked like something you buy in the frozen food section of the grocery store. My Pasta dish had no flavor and was floating in liquid. The chicken was just little cut up pieces on the pasta. The only bright spot was the sweet waitress.
The Oktober Fest IPA deserves 5 stars. Food was 3.5. Service was 4.5. I had the French Dip. Not the best but not the worst but it is almost impossible to find great French Dip. The meat is usually processed. Average. The artichoke appetizer was good. Husband had the curry sausage (Octobetfest). He gave it a thumbs up.
